Whispering Bell conducted a strategic security risk assessment of a refinery complex in a Gulf country, following an increase in threat across the GCC. The risk assessment was dovetailed into a broader review of the site’s physical security measures and we were engaged on a long-term basis to manage the implementation of the upgrade to the site’s security structures.
